You are warmly invited to celebrate of the life of the wonderful David Campbell Ham:

Son, brother, husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, uncle, friend, teacher.

David’s daughter Liz will host the wake at her home in St Peters following the service, from 2pm. The address will be provided on the day.

Please RSVP below if you are able to attend, and say if you will be attending the wake at Liz’s home.

In lieu of flowers, you are invited to send a donation to Parkinson’s Australia in honour of David.
